Her extensive expertise in governance, audit, risk, and compliance is showcased through her design of enterprise-wide control frameworks and development of practical audit methodologies.

Early in her career at Insight Enterprises, Rajani made a significant impact by implementing comprehensive risk assessments and integrating regulatory compliance into daily operations. This set a solid foundation for continuous improvement in audit practices and proactive risk management.

At Amgen Inc., Rajani took her skills to the next level, leading initiatives that streamlined centralized compliance functions and introduced risk-based frameworks across various domains. With an illustrious career spanning four decades in cybersecurity, Vinita has honed her expertise in IAM, becoming a well-recognized leader in the field.

For three decades, Vinita served as the President of Pontis Research Inc., where she orchestrated identity-centric security initiatives for a diverse portfolio of global enterprises and mid-market clients. Under her visionary leadership, Pontis Research earned accolades for its strategic consulting and pragmatic solutions, adeptly scaling to meet evolving threat landscapes and stringent regulatory standards.

Vinita's career is marked by her ability to build robust IAM programs from the ground up, meticulously defining policies and implementing comprehensive solutions in identity governance, authentication, and privileged access management.

Following the strategic merger of Pontis Research Inc. with Cybolt in May 2024, Vinita adeptly integrated the IAM teams across the US and LATAM. Her current focus is on establishing a unified, client-centric service delivery model, while simultaneously expanding the practice's capabilities to incorporate emerging technologies and the burgeoning field of artificial intelligence.

A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Erik led tactical cyber operations in support of special forces missions, including assignments with SEAL Team 6. This high-stakes background instilled a mission-first mentality and a relentless commitment to operational excellence.

At Cybolt, Erik leads with a vision to make advanced cybersecurity accessible, measurable, and outcomes-driven. He is instrumental in advancing Cybolt's managed detection and response capabilities, Security Operations Center (SOC)-as-a-Service, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs for enterprise and mid-market clients. His leadership is marked by a consultative approach—partnering with CISOs, CIOs, and CFOs to align security initiatives with business objectives.

A recognized thought leader, Erik is known for helping organizations navigate tool sprawl, reduce risk, and maximize ROI from their cybersecurity investments. He regularly speaks at industry events and contributes to discussions on security modernization, threat intelligence, and incident readiness.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity, along with certifications including PMP, CEH, and CompTIA Security+. He is based in Tennessee and leads Cybolt's U.S. security services operations with a focus on market expansion, M&A integration, and service innovation.
