Overview:
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you’ll be the first line of defense against cyber threats. Your role will involve monitoring our networks, detecting anomalies, and responding to incidents with speed and precision. You’ll work closely with other security experts to protect sensitive data and ensure our systems remain resilient and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor security alerts and analyze logs from firewalls, IDS/IPS , and other tools
Investigate security incidents and coordinate response efforts
Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation plans
Maintain and update security documentation, runbooks, and protocols
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated
Assist in security awareness training and policy enforcement
Stay current on emerging threats, attack vectors, and industry trends
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.) and endpoint protection platforms
Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and encryption technologies
Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, or SSCP are a plus
