Job Duties:  

Pontis Research, Inc. in Westlake Village, CA is a security consulting company that offers traditional security consulting and managed security services. We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to design and implement enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms such as SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint IIQ, and Okta.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

• Identify and define requirements for an Identity Governance solution – e.g. SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow

• Work with application and project teams to develop and implement security features and repeatable processes to ensure client requirements are met for identity governance

• Design architecture and develop detailed IGA design, including features such as Identity Data feed from standard HR sources such as Workday, contractor databases, configure IGA

framework, configure access recertifications, separation of duties etc.

• Validate output from IGA solution campaigns

• Enhance PRI’s proprietary iamawareTM solution to connect to additional IAM solutions, by developing iamawareTM collectors, as well as collect data and perform data analytics

• Monitor iamaware™ installations and notify administrators of any potential issues or monitoring output that might need to be addressed

• Work with SSO solutions such as Okta, Entra ID to perform single sign on, add custom plug ins where needed and integrate with different multifactor authentication solutions for SMS

and OTP

• Manage Service Clients who have Single Sign On (SSO) frameworks implemented using IBM’s Security suite on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Responsible for updating configuration based on changes in customer requirements, upgrading IBM Security products and periodic checking of PRI’s iamaware™ solution for proactive

troubleshooting and fixing of issues before they occur

• Develop automation scripts, and implement roll out of role-based access control (RBAC) across an organization looking to implement Zero trust solutions

• Extract current permission sets, develop automated scripts for analyzing output and building proposed role sets and then work with the different business teams to validate proposed

roles

• Provide guidance for troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes where required

This position has no direct reports and does not supervise the work of any other employees.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or any related field of study and 3 Year(s) of experience in the job offered or in any related

position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

1. Setting up, configuring, and maintaining Unix-based servers

2. Performing system patching, monitoring performance, managing system logs, and ensuring server availability

3. Diagnosing and resolving LDAP server-related issues, including authentication failures, replication errors, and integration problems

4. Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow platform with experience in creating and customizing catalog items, forms, and workflows

5. Writing and optimizing encoded queries, client scripts, UI policies, and business rules

6. Designing dynamic, user-friendly forms and implementing access control rules to align with organizational requirements
