Cybolt is committed to good-governance standards and complies with relevant international certifications and external auditing procedures.
Certifications
The Governance department, the Business Resilience department, along with the legal team, are responsible for ensuring that Cybolt maintains its certifications and complies with external audits. This includes carrying out all necessary ISO reporting (27001 – Information Security; 20000 – IT Services Management; 9001 – Quality Management; 22301 – Business Continuity Management) and submitting information to consulting firms.
The board has the right to submit requests to the ESG Committee for further information and vice versa.
